Feed costs account for 50 - 65% of all production costs in most Australian intensive livestock operations. Consequently, it is critical that money spent on feed is used in the most cost-effective manner. This doesn’t simply involve least cost diets but a total nutritional package which optimises productivity, minimises the cost of each kilogram of meat, eggs or milk produced and maximises the net return per animal. Lienert Australia has a team of 4 qualified and experienced nutritionists delivering an excellent nutritional service package designed to help you the producer look after this vitally important aspect of production. Lienert Australia also offers technical support to feed millers, processors and industry advisors.
